Inspired by the term Ngöndro - foundational disciplines to integrate into spiritual practices. Traditionally Ngöndro is done for the enlightenment of the spiritual aspirant and for the benefit of all sentient beings.

To me, it is important to continuously grow and integrate foundational disciplines into my life and be of service to share my wellness practices with others. By providing esthetic services for better skin health, yoga for movement practice, and reiki + sound healing practices for mental relaxation this creates an all encompassing experience for holistic wellness.

Art serves as my creative outlet and a form of meditation. Ceramics, watercolor art and floral arrangement allow me to visually express the connection I experience to my highest self. Through creating these pieces I remind myself of patience and detachment from any particular outcome. This creates uniquely abstract and one of a kind pieces infused with healing intention that you can also bring into your space.

Behind Nudro.

Kaylie is an LA-based wellness provider and artist endlessly exploring personal development through wellness practices and artistic expression.

Kaylie has been professionally in the beauty industry for 10 years, working for brands like Bliss, Kate Somerville, Thrive Causemetics and more. After a decade of Global Brand Development experience, developing products and marketing brands, she decided to integrate more hands-on healing for clients by getting her Esthetician license. With the knowledge of cosmetic chemistry and ingredients she can serve clients with the best products along with a structured regimen with education to bring home after their services.

After the loss of her cousin in 2018, she explored her wellness practices by getting Reiki attuned, studying her 200hr yoga teacher training and supplemental 65hr yoga sculpt training. She has studied and has worked with Jeralyn Glass of Crystal Cadence since 2020, learning the key elements of using Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls for sound healing experiences.

Looking for a way to merge all of these practices, passions and experiences she created Nudro Studio to share her 360° approach to holistic wellness.
